Surgeries are operated by an appointment system for the Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurse, appointments are for 10 minutes per patient and can be made in person, by telephone or online via the link below (you will need to register for this at reception desk) We offer a mix of face to face and telephone appointments, the receptionists will ask you the reason for your appointment so they can give you an appointment with the most suitable person to deal with you

If you are unable to attend for your appointment please cancel as soon as possible to allow another patient to avail of it. Telephone 02866325638.

online healthcareAll appointments are computerised so you will need to use our new check in system in our waiting or report to reception on arrival to ensure you are not kept waiting.

We can understand your frustration when Doctors or Nurses run late; it is sometimes difficult for medical staff to provide not only the best possible care but also to work strictly to time. We always put your individual medical care above the smooth running of our timetable. We would ask patients to be on time for their appointments as we cannot guarantee they will be seen if they are late, this is to ensure appointments for other patients are kept on time.

The practice can guarantee a same/next day appointment for all urgent problems, although this may not be with the doctor of your choice, you have the right to see a particular Doctor but may have to wait longer, appointments are not normally booked more than 2 weeks in advance.

  • It is better to attend one doctor with the same problem.
  • One appointment per person please, as extras will cause the surgery to run late.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know in good time so that the slot may be offered to someone else.
